Writing Descriptions

  1. Room/Office Troubleshoot, No Fix

    • “I went to investigate an issue reported by ‘Requestor Name’ at location ‘BLDG, ROOM’. After assessment, I have confirmed that ‘exact description of problem’. After I ‘insert troubleshooting steps’, I still could not resolve the issue.” - SIGN NAME
     2. Issue Reported Over the Phone
    • “I took a phone call from ‘Requestor Name’ from location ‘BDLG ROOM’. After assessment of the phone call, and I have confirmed that ‘exact description of problem’. I am ‘heading over now OR sending CST technician name’. - SIGN NAME
     3. Walk In Consultation Descriptions
    • “‘Requestor Name’ from location ‘BDLG ROOM’ came into the office with their computer asking for assistance. After assessment of the machine, and I have confirmed that ‘exact description of problem’. After I ‘insert troubleshooting steps’, I still could not resolve the issue.” - SIGN NAME
